Confidentiality
We uphold the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past clients. This includes strict adherence to commercial confidentiality and the protection of all personal information received in the course of our business services.
The same standards apply to our customers, suppliers and associates. Information shared with us is treated as confidential unless we are required by law to disclose it.
Ethics
We conduct our services with honesty and honour, and we expect our clients and suppliers to do the same. Our advice, strategic assistance and training methods always consider ethical implications, protecting and enhancing the moral position of our clients and partners.
Duty of Care
Our actions and advice will always comply with relevant laws. We believe all businesses and organisations, including our consultancy, should avoid causing adverse effects on human rights, local and wider environments, and the well-being of society.
Conflict of Interest
Due to the sensitive nature of our consultancy services, we will not provide services to a direct competitor of a client. We generally avoid any dealings with competitor companies even after the cessation of services to that client.
Contracts
Our contracts are typically in the form of a detailed proposal outlining aims, activities, costs, timescales and deliverables. We prioritise meeting our clients’ contractual requirements, especially where external funding providers require specific parameters and controls.
Fees
Our fees reflect the high quality, tailored and specialised services we provide. We do not offer arbitrary discounts; any reduction in price results from reducing the level or extent of services.
We aim to propose solutions that accommodate our clients’ budgets and timeframes. Fees and charges are agreed in advance to support reliable planning.
Payment
We strive to be flexible in our payment terms, accommodating fixed project fees or retainers as preferred by the client. While we do not charge interest on late payments, we expect payments to be made as agreed. Our standard terms are net monthly in arrears.
Intellectual Property and Moral Rights
We retain the moral rights and ownership of all intellectual property we create unless agreed otherwise in advance. In return, we respect the intellectual property rights vested in our clients and third parties.
Quality Assurance
We maintain quality through constant ongoing review with our clients, evaluating aims, activities, outcomes and cost-effectiveness. We encourage regular review meetings and provide progress reports throughout an engagement.
Our consultancy is accredited under several quality assurance schemes, details of which are available on request.
Professional Conduct
We conduct all activities with professionalism and integrity, ensuring our judgment and recommendations are objective and solely in the best interests of our clients.
Equality and Discrimination
We strive to be fair and objective in our advice and actions. Our decisions, recommendations and behaviour are never influenced by gender, race, creed, colour, age, personal disability — or even which football team you support.
